RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Tamashi Drive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a straightforward return and refund policy under the following conditions.

1. Return Window

You have 90 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in good overall condition
  • Have been used appropriately and as intended
  • Include its original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to request supporting evidence (photos or videos) before approving any return.

3. Important Considerations

As this is a personal-use product, fitment may vary depending on the vehicle. All returns are subject to a prior review by our support team to verify that the above conditions are met.

Please verify that your gear shifter rod is 12mm or smaller before purchasing. Four rubber adapters of different diameters are included in every order to accommodate most shifter rods.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return request

Once your request is approved, we will send you the corresponding return instructions.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days
  • The refund will be issued via the same payment method used at the time of purchase

6. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • The item received is defective
  • An incorrect item was shipped

In these cases, Tamashi Drive will cover all costs associated with the replacement or refund.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
