SHIPPING POLICY

GENERAL INFORMATION

At Tamashi Drive, we process and ship all orders as quickly as possible to get your Ryūken to you in perfect condition. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


SECTION 1 – ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days from the moment payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification including your tracking number once your order has been shipped.


SECTION 2 – ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment and may vary depending on destination, carrier and customs procedures.

United Kingdom 5 – 10 business days
Europe 5 – 10 business days
Latin America 8 – 18 business days

These timeframes do not include the 1–3 business day processing period.


SECTION 3 – ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your order at every step of the delivery process.

If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at tamashidriveoficial@use.startmail.com.


SECTION 4 – SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed. The customer accepts the applicable shipping cost at the time of purchase.


SECTION 5 – CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Tamashi Drive ships internationally. Depending on the destination country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees upon arrival.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Tamashi Drive has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you have concerns about potential import charges.


SECTION 6 – DELAYS AND CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Tamashi Drive is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier operational issues
  • Customs processing times
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Natural disasters, strikes or force majeure events

If your order is experiencing an unusual delay, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


SECTION 7 – INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Tamashi Drive is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.

If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at tamashidriveoficial@use.startmail.com. We will attempt to correct it before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.


SECTION 8 – LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at tamashidriveoficial@use.startmail.com so we can investigate with the carrier.

We ask that you wait until the maximum estimated delivery time has passed before reporting a lost shipment, as delays can occur during customs clearance or peak shipping periods.
